Perfect Days

I would start with a wander through the streets of San Telmo and La Boca, soaking up some culture and hitting markets and antique stores along the way. I'd then take a trip on a river bus on the tigre enjoying the subtropical surroundings whilst indulging in a lovely picnic. After that, I'd head back downtown to revive with some coffee and medialuna at Cafe Tortoni before going to a tango dance class! I'd finish the day off at Gran Bar Danzon, where I'd grab something to eat (probably some lovely Argentinian steak) and drink until the early hours of the morning.. as the locals do. When in Rome...

Enjoy some oriental gardens followed by animals at the zoo the history, art, tango and lastly food!

Starting in Palermo, I would hop on a bike and explore the city on two wheels, stopping at every opportunity to eat something delicious

I would like to go to the Casa Rosada, slap Christina Kirchner in the face and point out to her that the Falkland Islands will only ever be 'Las Malvinas' in her dreams!

Start the day in Recoleta, feeding the cats who live in the decorative cemetary. Walk down the road to MALBA to see a new and exciting exhibition. I'll probably have lunch there as the food is good. Hit Avenida Santa Fe for some window shopping - maybe buy some new shoes, or get off the main drag and explore the trendy boutiques. In the evening catch a concert, ballet or opera at the regal Teatro Colon - don't worry it is affordable and many locals go. Afterwards go for a late dinner at Milion - with luck I'll get a table on the terrace and the wine is always dependable. Finish the evening with the best cocktails in town at Flux Bar. The owner is English and he'll be able to give me tips about what's new and what's good when I start all over again tomorrow! Sorry no photos as they are all on my last, busted PC. Shame :-(
